So Cole is the strong silent type. It's funny through all these Glover/GBRS collabs, Mike has tried like hell, to put Cole on the spot and DJ always saves the day and does the talking. Cole out here on his own now. Lol You can tell he doesn't give 2 shits about "the spotlight".

@LudiCrust.2 жыл бұрын
Yep it’s awesome getting his even keeled & honest perspective while not having to suffer through the other’s raging ego trip. Some arrogance is acceptable with these guys because of who they are and because they somewhat have to be to do the job they do but ol boy’s arrogance is kinda over the top.
@theprepperrevelator2 жыл бұрын
@@LudiCrust. if anyone deserves to have some arrogance it’s definitely those dudes! I’ll tell you if I had to go into harms way and God asked who I wanted to take it would definitely be those dudes and Redman.
@benyoung5522 жыл бұрын
@@LudiCrust. IDK… From what I’ve seen, most of these dudes have been putting a lot of effort into dropping their old ego n really trying to humble themselves back down… Those egos were part of who they had to be n what they needed to perform at the levels they did, but now that they’re not in combat anymore, they all seem to be working hard on themselves n getting more humble & more humble becoming better men with every interview or video I see of them…

Mike, love how you run your interviews by asking the right questions at the right time, and knowing when to interject. All while allowing your guests the liberty to talk about their experiences, without rudely taking over the conversation. Unlike many other military podcasts guys out there that want to make it all about themselves and not their guests. Great job👍🏼, Mike! Please keep content coming... Great video... The first Navy Seal or SF guy I started watching on youtube years ago was Don Shipley. Then a few years go buy and Don posts a music video /picture slide show. That was when I learned about his son the first time, but didn't know his name.Time went on and he mentioned why he couldn't say his sons name or talk about him much. So DJ was a mystery to me for a few years, I was very Interested in learning more about him. Then one day Shawn Ryan posts a video with a guy that has the last name Shipley,...I was like holy f**k!!! There he is right there!!! LOL Then i found this page and then found GBRS. I gave up watching TV a few years ago....all I watch are these types of KZbin channels and a few other types....LOL

I worked at your SF building installing a cypher lock on the team room, I tried getting all the roofs fixed for the beat up living quarters and the floor fixed in your laundry area. I left in July 07 so I'm not sure what was left to be done. I ordered a lot of material that was supposed go to improvements. I liked stopping at the little shop right near one gates or ACP'S.
