Hi Carolyn, It's not just Women or RVers that you inspire, you reach more people than you'll ever know. You're just looking at a camera but thousands of us are looking back at you watching & listening. I came across your channel when I lived in another country to the one I'm currently In. Long story short, with Covid, Job loss etc etc I lost everything & had to move to this country to stay with family and "Re-Build" in order to eventually go back to the country I love living in & through the magic of You Tube throughout it all you've been with me as much as I've been with you. You're a like a good friend who's stood by my side all the way & as corny as this sounds , you make me feel "Safe" because your wonderful vids are always there, no matter where I am In the world you're just a couple of clicks away. I wish you nothing but love, great health & happiness & just wanted to re-iterate how much of an impact you have on many of us. Yes I am still here! Tuesday morning I am hitting the road full time. I have been sitting in my driveway in my van for a week now. Mom’s house sold in 4 days after signing, cleared it out and will sell my car tomorrow. All this less than a month after her death. But like you I have had the dream of becoming a nomad. Unlike you I did wait till I retired in 2020 so that I could live on social security. The Bay Area is so out priced I can’t believe anyone can afford it. Have always loved camping by myself and pushing the envelope of adventure. Have had many who hear that I have chosen this life style whom say I am so brave. This is actually a sad commentary on society’s view on the capabilities of women. Perhaps one of these days we will meet up on the road.

There are only two channels that I support and both are women I can relate to. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. While Matilda’s issues were a struggle, it made you stronger. My oldest lost his battle, but praise God, my youngest is winning that horrible battle! My husband and I are weekenders RVing locally in the summer and snowbirds in Florida from January to April!! We love the life! At one time, I thought of doing what you did, but life happens and that dream was never my reality! I have to live it through full timers like you!! Be safe out there! I am very new to your channel, but girl I have been binge watching you. I can not stop. I to share the same views on life as you do. And feel stuck at the moment. I bought my 31 ft RV been out a few weekends, and feel deep in my heart that this the life for me. How ever I have a failure to launch syndrome. More on that after I get to that point. You are so right about women learning through stories! (And I think men do, too.) As a minister & educator, I had to fight against the male paradigms of how to preach & how to teach. Authentic stories and relatable metaphors communicate much more than philosophical ideas.
