Someone in the comments had a profile picture with smirk. Maybe you have seen it.

That smirk is my "i hate me life" smile. Has zero to do with the person next in front of me and the turned hesd while listening means im ACTUALLY listening. Proof that body language pseudo

I look down my nose and stare when I'm at the poker table to see if the other player/s react to it and to see if I should bet/call or raise my cards and whether they want me to and whether they have a weak or strong hand. I would really like you to analyse Poker players and their "tells". That would be interesting.

What human doesn't like their head patted? Sure, don't do it with people you don't know well, but it's such a comforting gesture

Can’t agree with your looking over your glasses rule. You are obviously not a wearer of glasses to assume you can focus on someone in all circumstances with glasses on. It’s sad that some people are just too into themselves to realize that someone is just trying to keep them in focus and not an insult towards them.

Every job I've ever worked at I've left after a few years just because there's always that 1 boss to ruin it for everyone. Don't be that guy if you don't want high employee turnover rate
