The office pukes (my description, not yours) need to be REQUIRED to do annual ridealongs (with the driver getting extra pay for having to "teach") and be required to work besides just riding along.

I’ve never seen anyone from the office do a ride along since I’ve been here and if they did it probably was a 1 stop light load I doubt they would do a full day but they are aware of everything going on they just don’t do anything about it they still send trailers in the worse places
