Alex and Sven are the absolute bosses. These guys and their programs changed my life. The home workout was so challenging yet enjoyable, and now the Body Pro together with their Mobility one are really helping me to transform my body in so many different ways. There are definitely other great channels such as Fitness Faqs, Saturno movement and Hybrid calisthenics and all valuable in their own way, but for me, CaliMove is the gold standard for both calisthenics and wholesome body development .

I agree that the home workout is excellent! I haven't finished it though. There have been some colds in those 25 weeks, so I felt I needed to redo a week or even two, so I've been doing it for some 30 weeks, without reaching beyond 95 %.

i loooove love this exercise as someone who struggled with back pain, but don't have the option of training on a pullup bar. you can also do one arm lifts with the knees bent, like in the easier variation. it's my favorite way of countering a day's worth of sitting, along with a wide squat and rolling up and down my spine. i used to have such back pain as merely a 20 year old i used to be so anxious, imagining it could only get worse as i age. if you're watching this video because you're in my position i swear it gets better every day.

I never tried this before today, and am surprised to find that I can't do it properly except with my legs straight. It is quite challenging, but just what I need for my stiff, sore shoulders, poor posture, and weak glutes. By the way, I found that regular planks don't engage the abs at all unless you decide to contract them. Only the back muscles are really required for planks.
