Whoever said TRX cannot have a cardio element is an idiot! Trying to keep up with Stephanie had me blowing air like a whale!! Haha, thanks for another awesome workout! Just got into TRX after a 90% rotator cuff tear and biceps tenodesis repair surgeries 8 months ago and I AM LOVING IT! It doesn't hurt like free weights!

I agree Brian - depending upon 'pace' you can get a great cardio workout - I'm VERY new to Suspension training but I also love it.

Great class but wish they would of done all the exercises at one Trx length and then switched to another. It was hard trying to keep switching the lengths.

How many calories burned?

Depends on each individual. You could burn anywhere from 250 - 350 calories or more during one of these workouts. A taller person is going to burn more calories naturally than a shorter person and a male will burn more calories than a female. Sorry to not be more specific but that the best answer. Hope that helps!
