Moonroof is for safety reasons. You buy the TRD pro to go offroad...if you roll over you don't want extra glass shattering. Parking sensors not being available has the same reason, off roading can cause damage to bumpers, better to leave them out than to worry about breaking and repairing constantly. I wish they had some seat heaters, automatic lights, and remote start

aceyorba Due too the tundra being priced so high adding a diesel would price it in 3/4 ton prices. At that point it would be better to purchase an American company truck who has been building diesels forever. Just my opinion though.

The passenger seat is not power adjustable, btw. I own this exact truck and there is a lot missing for 50k... No heated seats, L & R mirrors are not motorized, no dual climate control, stereo system is garbage, small tires, and the transmission is clunky in comparison to the F150. I'll probably keep it for a couple of years, but my dads 2015 platinum f150 is 5x the truck for < $. Sure, this truck will go more places, but it's huge, so if you're going off-roading, get the TRD-PRO Taco. I do like the exhaust note, suspension and motor of this truck - not worth 50k though.

The features in Canada are different than the US, in Canada the passenger seat is power adjustable and there are heated seats. Its not so much the luxury features that make this truck so expensive, its the performance parts. Remote start is not included.
