Hello Mama Mel, All the recipes looked so good tonight. I missed you last week, we was without power for six days, the storm was really rough here, i thank God that we are all okay. Everyone worked together to help each other. I had to throw out a lot of meat and other frozen foods. Thank God we had insurance,to replace it.God is so good. Keep us all in prayer, some people had it worse than we did. Ya'll be blessed and have a wonderful week. ❤❤❤

I'm so sorry to hear this but honey so glad that you guys are ok and only lost some food. Insurance can replace those things but not you sweet friend. For the tacos, I use browned ground beef instead with the taco seasoning and rotel. Near the end, I add about a half brick of cream cheese and continue cooking for about 30-45 minutes. I PROMISE you, it's to die for! We make big burritos with it, and crush up doritos or tortilla chips inside the burrito with the filling. We NEVER have leftovers! Hope you try it sometime! Call me crazy. I fry a 6 in flour tortilla. Let it cool and spread with apple pie filling. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and melt under broiler. Yum!!!

I made the steak tips tonight for dinner and OH. MY. GOODNESS!!!! The meat was so tender and the flavors were amazing!!!! I couldn’t find the same steak you recommended - so I used some stew meat chunks they had already cut up at my grocer …. But it was sooooo good. ❤❤❤

Hi Mama Mel, I made your steak tips, potatoes and green beans last week. It was fantastic and so easy. We really loved it. Never cooked with flat iron steak before it was so tender, full of flavor and affordable. I didn’t have the dry onion soup on hand so I just amped up the garlic powder and onion powder salt/pepper and it tasted great. Im about to fire up the crockpot to make it again for tonight’s dinner. Less liquid is better even if you put the Alfredo on pasta. If you need to you can put a bit of the pasta water in the sauce to get the consistency you like.
