@@wpg1013 he actually used them before this company started this , if you watch older videos you can see he used to use regular mouth piece from contact sports, the science and idea has been around for a while this company just made ideal ones for weight lifters.

It's weird, but I can see it. I learned to bite my cheeks when doing lifts. It just seemed to make me more comfortable. I always thought it was just a weird quirk, but this indicates that maybe it wasn't. I'll have to get a set.

Everybody has different teeth sizes and spacings, molding it is needed in order to give you the most comfort

I can absolutely assure you that its not. As someone who began powerlifting last year you wouldn't believe the difference being able to bite down on something will give you. Its also to do with the breath in and how it affects your blood pressure.
