Why do you want to close the screw channel? How would you deliver the case??

@@masterdentaltechnician1914 I mill crowns on a cerec system and I think that the pointed bur doesn’t last long because it make the occlusal portion of the channel, I think it would be better to open it with a normal handpiece bur in a blue state.

You can mill the teeth out of any material you like. Mo'st people use Emax or Zirconia. The bond strength depends on the bonding agent and the size of the preps.

That's up to you. You can mill it out of Titanium, or what most people do is mill it out of Pekkton from Anaxdent or Trilor from Harvest Dental.

Nice vid! One question though, does the feature with the thimbles also work on regular tooth stumps? Just have a case where it is recuired to do a thimble construction and somewhere is a problem with the minimal thickness but no matter what I do, nothing seems to help. Good question. There are many moving parts in creating your scan body system, starting with the design of the scan body in a CAD program to writing the code in an XML file to integrate into Exocad. If you want to create your own system I suggest you consult with external experts to help you develop that.
