the reason I stopped playing ACPC was because of all the events and the pay-to-acquire stuff. While AC for me was relaxation and de-stress, ACPC stressed me out! So many events, so many things to keep track of, so many things to collect BEFORE ITS OUT. I really hope ACPCC fixes that, I want to give it a try

specially the social aspect which is nonexistent in new horizons which is basically a decorating sim. in pocket camp trading gifts and watering friends plants etc might seem like not a big deal but it makes such a difference to me

@@Darkshade7575 Being that it is a phone app, if you upgrade to a newer phone, your game carries over to that phone too. With the Switch, your game stays on the Switch. If you want to play it on a Switch 2, you buy it again and start over.

New Horizons is complete, just because it doesn’t have all features fans want doesn’t mean it isn’t. And a lot of people ruined their experience with it early on. It’s far away from the best AC game but I think people are being a bit dramatic over how „bad” it supposedly is.

It's because the switch is heavily outdated. The fact the Average modern phone can run a game like genshin impact at 1080p with 30-60fps. While the switch can barely do 720p 60fps or 1080p 30fps.

NGL...I was not happy when they announced the closure of the current app and the fact that there wouldn't be an active online connection, so no interactions with friends...but...I'm liking what they announced friend wise with the new app! Sure, it's not the same as we have now, but it's better than having no friends at all...and since some of the friends will carry over, that's a huge plus! I'll be interested to see how some of the events change (no friends = no bugs...and what about Shovelstrike Quarry??) And I'm glad that they are repeating past stuff...there was a chunk of time I couldn't play because the AR update wasn't compatible with any of my then current tech...I just got back into the game in April! I am SO getting it when it drops next month...looking forward to seeing everything in the COMPLETE game!

Some of the points I gathered from close examination of the trailer: - friendship powder that you gather through various interactions with friends, still exists in the new game. I noticed the camper card characters will randomly give. So it will still be required for crafting - no mention or showing of the reissue commidty. not sure if the new game will allow you to convert these to something used in the new game (hopefully new leaf tokens) - no mention or showing of terrain tickets, hopefully they still work - no mention of limit to QR friends, it suggests you collect as many as you can, but I would guess there would be a limit imposed

I’m so excited for this new version of the app! Instead of letting a fun experience shut down completely, users can still play the game with no micro transactions. One fixed fee is better than losing this game. I feel like Nintendo is using AC:PC Complete to hold our attention until the inevitable next mainline entry in AC releases on consoles which is perfectly fine with me. I have 7 years worth of content I can earn once this releases. I can design the campsite of my dreams if I grind enough now. YES 🙌

I really love them for this, it was always a bummer to not complete events on time, or miss out on things because of microtransactions. In my absolute wildest dreams though, all of the Pocket Camp items would be added to New Horizons and I could have the ultimate paradise of decoration and designing!!! ;__; But to still be able to use these cute pieces at all, in any game, is more than I could ask for, and to finally have full access to the COMPLETE (😉) catalog is way more than I would have ever expected! It almost seems too good to be true?! But if it isn't, with this and the MySims Switch bundle, I'm going to be spoiled on comfy gaming this winter :) Sad that there couldn't have been offline versions of other live service mobile games that I have loved, like LLSIF. Sighhh, I'll miss it forever :(

What I want to know is will they give us much more storage...this is the biggest flaw of a game that's mostly about gathering things throughout the game. Also will they give us back the ability to look around in the house and van like we could do in the beginning... meaning the camera angle could go 360 degrees in the various areas, which included the campsite, which allows us to see all angles of things.

I’m confused as to how the camper cards work. Is this something for local friends (people you meet face-to-face), or the friends in our friends list who are from all around the planet? If it’s the latter, how do you get a camper card from them? And when can we make them? Only in the new game? So far, it looks like it will be cool. A nice, chill little game to play. When I heard they were getting rid of microtransactions, that made me very happy. Glad we don’t need that anymore.

From the trailer, it looks like you can edit your card at any time, and I'm guessing (from the Save button next to the Edit button) that you can save an image of the QR code. I assume the intent is that players send an image file of the QR code to friends via texting, Discord, or the likes. It *_does_* seem from the trailer that QR codes can be read from the camera *or* from image files. It also mentions camper cards being available on the official site, which is interesting. I'm not sure what that will entail. Maybe they'll host a card exchange for a while, or maybe they'll just have some cards available for people without friends. I played this game back when it first launched and only played it for about 2 weeks before I completely dropped it because I was immediately turned off due to the micro transactions that were heavily surrounded by the game, but now that those are replaced by a 1-time price tag, and a pretty decent one I might add for the early purchase, I’m definitely going to transfer my data over and it’ll be like a brand new experience for me which’ll also be perfect for the cozy Christmas season around the time it launches.

Leaf tickets haven't disappeared yet if that's what you mean. After updating to version 6.0.0 of the free-to-play app today, I was still able to use mine. It seems to me that they will stay in the game until it is pulled from the Google Play/App Store. Make sure to spend as much of them as you can before November 28th when you still have the opportunity.

One thing I would like to see from the new Animal Crossing is continuing to choose if you want that place you will be to be in the Northern or Southern Hemisphere! Not just for those gamers that live in the Southern Hemisphere! But for those that live in the Northern Hemisphere as well that would love to see from that standpoint what it would be like from there being in an Opposite Season than the Season we are in! Especially since that would be how it is in reality! The fact the Southern Hemisphere is always in an Opposite Season than the Northern Hemisphere! And I am sure certain others would love for laughs to have it that way.

As someone who despises always-online, limited-time events, purchasable currency, et cetera, Pocket Camp Complete is extremely hype, and, knowing that original Pocket Camp has an end of life plan (in this case, Complete, a ($10 on-sale) paid offline version that I can transfer my save to) makes me FAR more interested in the original freemium version 'til it goes defunct-- kind of like a demo. The only think I didn't like about Pocket Camp is Micro transactions, for that part I'm ok it ends, what I don't know is if with the Complete version would you still have a way to make My Nintendo Points? As I pretty much just used AC Mario Run and Fire Emblem to unlock those for PC stuff or Switch Avatar stuff, I may not buy it tho, $9.99 or $19.99 is not woth it for me, I'd rather wait for AC for Switch 2.

Almost everything is obtainable…. not everything. There was a blurb on screen mentioned Sanio characters are not obtainable - if you have obtained them in previous events, you will not be able to obtain them. There are some other limited time amenities that may or may not be obtainable, hopefully they are, I’m, still missing 1 of the 3 limited time amenities. I’m sure there are other things.

The items that cannot be obtained if you don't already have them are: - Super Mario event items - Splatoon 2 event items - Eevee event items - Sanrio Characters event items - SOU・SOU Collection event items ...and, most shockingly of all: - etc. I'm guessing the only things that will be excluded are crossover content, and it's probably due to rights ownership and the original contracts for said crossovers.

Mori I LIKE you, and enjoyed your content when you were doing it for New Horizons, I GET that things are stale because NH isn't updating, but it's REALLY deceptive to use "Animal Crossing Complete" Instead of the ACTUAL header for the game which is "Animal Crossing Pocket Camp: Complete" And I know you removed the details of it being specifically Pocket camp from the thumbnail to get more views. But this is the kind of thing that makes me not want to watch your videos and you keep doing this sort of thing over, and over and over again. It's annoying, do better.

I'm excited, I've never played animal crossing pocket camp, but I've always wanted too, I'll definitely buy the game when it comes out! 😄
