Hello everyone hope you all are doing good My name is Kartik I applied for my APS on Dec 6th and couriered the docs on 9th and the payment mode i did was cc avenue after 5 to 10mis payment was conformed. Now the wait starts dec jan feb march april and finally on 2nd May I received a call from APS India and there were 4main question asked by team aps 1. Full name 2. DOB 3. Year of joining n pass BE clg and 4. Where we can see you results. For the last question there is a portal of my uni where they upload our results so i told them the login credentials once the aps team logged in they directly ended the call. And on the nxt day i received my aps certificate i.e on 4th may.

Actually you can apply only for those universities or by uni assist which is not asking for aps certificate at the application time. But yes afterwards you have to attach aps certificate also.

I have got my account activated ( i am yet to paid the fees**). when i login and checked, there were few fields in the *Registration details** were missing (thought i filled all the details) and website doesn´t allow me to edit those missing details. @@rishitgupta3644 Feel free to add it to your APS. At some point everyone's IELTS result will expire which will be documented on the APS. No problem with that because it is not mandatory. And, if you're planning to apply for Summer 24 then do retake the IELTS.

The full process is too dull they should have better website, better payment option and better processing unit. 1. They should give option to upload scanned copy of the documents so that the postage time will be saved. 2. You have only one chance to pay online otherwise you need to pay offline and add the information. This leads to delay in updatation of payment status. 3. They take the amount of ₹18000, however work process is too slow. Which shall be improved.

Your payment must've been completed but APS hasn't updated the portal. There are a few students who received the notification 12 days before they received their FINAL certificate. All we can do is wait until we hear from them!

I did an offline payment of 18000 as a verification fee of APS. It is said that it will take more time in matching the transaction reference number with their bank account. So in this case, if I send the documents accordingly before the confirmation from their side, will that be a bad decision? From last year only this aps certification became mandatory so the students who are already in Germany they don't require it now as per my thinking... Plus it is mandatory for visa and you have done studienkolleg in there so i don't think you'll require that.

Yes you can, uni's have nothing to do with APS directly, it's the German government's rule.

Some students got the payment confirmation after 3-4 months some got it in 3-4 days. The only notification which is important is the "verification completed". You can ask APS by e-mail but you should receive it soon.

I got my APS today! Had applied in December. They are calling for login details of your college portal where your marksheets are scored. If you don’t have any such portal then just give them the email id of an official college personnel from admin department (i gave my registrar’s ID) they will ask them over mail and after confirmation send you the certificate in 24hrs

It's not true that the process has become better or any faster. We applied on the 27th of May and the status is showing as cancelled. When we approached our consultant he's saying that we need to wait until they update it. The amount has been deducted from my account but no updates from them. You really need to be patient. To start UG in Germany is way too time consuming.

Hello Sir I have applied for APS on 21-March but due to some reason i was unable to do the payment but same time i have saved my aps and for this i have also received the token number and registration mail from the APS side , After one month i have done the payment with the attached bank and filled all the details on the registration form but still it shows the payment canceled even after fill the transaction id . Aps is mandatory from 2023 summer intake beleave me they werent prepared for such number of applications and they have less manpower there in office they cant even outsource for evaluation.
