Awesome tip for the shocks do the cups don't dig in.i think I might have to do this to all my rigs. I'm in love with the new Talion I did have troubles with the old Katars but being belted I bet it would eliminate them. I did crack alotta rims so it's good to hear they're holding up.it really does scream and looked like it handled that rough banking great. Love seeing the height n distance on the flysky. I used rc boat cooling line but anything about a quarter to half inch thick with a 5 ish mm hole should work since the shocks are 5mm in diameter.😎👊

My wood ramp is a 3ft Quarter Pipe. 4 ft wide and little over 5 ft long. I don't have a Revo but I do love the Talion!😎👊👊

Interesting to see the stock 100k in the centre diff is making the car so balanced. Do you think that the belted tyres are helping with that or is it still trying to diff out but you just can't see it without the ballooning?

The 100k is more than sufficient imo in the center but may work on front/rear. The tires don't balloon but are a bit bouncy in rough terrain. I may lighten the shock oil to compensate. All we can do is test and tune!😁👊👊

It's great on smooth surfaces and street but a bit bumpy in rough terrain. The belted tires are a tad bumpy too but nice to not blow tires on full throttle rips!

I’m having a big issue with my front driveshafts popping out too on my kraton 6s exb. I put in some shock travel limiters and it held up for a while and now it’s starting to do it over and over again. I’m going to have to put in even more limiters but I don’t want it to reach the point to where the shocks are bottoming out before the chassis does. Do you think M2C outdrives will make any difference for this?

Another problem is Arrma made the arms a bit too long and the EXB/V5 arms have a lot of flex. Try taking out the red cap and top spacer. As long as your Camber is okay, that will help. If your Outdrives are chewed up, M2C ones will dramatically help!

Both are great but the Losi is more designed for racing with lots of tuneability! Definitely tough but not as tough of a basher as the Talion without upgrades. The Losi was fun to build though and handles like a dream!

Close yes. Probably more around 18 taking in consideration of no tire ballooning with belted Katars. 20 is max bashing in dirt. I tried the 23 and it coggs on low end. I'll save that for the street launches!😎👊

Is talion the same towers shocks as typhon ? I want build one i have so many parts and arrmas already but I do want talion. Ik hubs axles are typhon while rest is kraton . Btw i don't think you would've bent if had t2t brace hard mounted to towers like before arrma and m2racin the asthetics. And rigity... is nice with arrma t2t but its not the same hard mounted through the towers , ofcourse m2racing is best this just a budget friendly mod , I learned from you and rich just mount differently running threaded rod through aluminum tubing lil polish , wham. Problem is more time and money put in the less I want bash like this 😆.

It is with the belted tires on bumpy terrain. I went 80wt in the shocks from the stock 2000cst and it helped some for more shock action. The LSD diffs are tricky to tune too. I'm running open front and rear now with 50k, 200k, and 20k front to rear in fluids. Much better!

The EXB uses limited slip diffs and also has a 7075 chassis, braces and towers. Slightly stronger than a regular RTR. Also the Exb uses Spektrum electronics and the older Talion uses the BLX Hobbywing system.
