i appreciate this video without music. i like getting a tour without worrying about a realtor / salesperson tapping their toe checking their watch like "are you gunna buy it or what" QUESTION : i like the floor plan... don't care for the bathroom motif... i would want to do my own tile work etc. Can you get these floor plans but select rooms bare bones?

When you say payment method, do you mean financing options? Or process for purchasing a home and getting financing?

@@ManufacturedHousingExpert it would be helpful to learn about financing options on manufactured homes. I’m in the process of buying one right now including the land in a park and what I have learned and what I am going through is mind boggling. It is a thousand times easier to purchase a stick-built home than a manufactured home where financing is concerned. Not everyone has the cash to buy outright.
