Some great conditioning exercises for sure. Thanks for putting this out there. I forgot about a couple of these but will add them to my lyra warm ups!! Please make more lyra videos!!

Hello this video has helped me so much thank you, how have u tied ur hoop up ? My sling has too much length and has my head on floor when in knee hang on bottom bar I’m not sure wat to do but what r u using ?☺

Thanks for sharing. I don’t do Lyra but many of these exercises can be done on silks or sling.

Does the hanging hurt less with time bc the downside of my knees really hurt when I do that 😢

Some of these are definitely not beginner conditioning, such as elbow hangs.

I did elbow hangs in one of my very first lyra classes ever! They were like, "let's kill all your nerves right away"
