Omg, the fingers! I’ve just started practicing aerial a month and a half ago and my fingers are sore!!! And when I say sore, I mean: if I knock my hands on something I want to cry. 🥺

😆 I don't know if I just subscribed because how knowledgeable you are with your exercises and your ability to talk people through a which muscles to use, while exercising, your mistakes being as realistic as they are, while you just keep on going, or if it was Zoe. ❤ she looked so amazed with the majority of what you were doing, would get excited, then look at the camera like, "Ladies and gentlemen are you seeing this?! WHOA!!" ^_^ ❤ She even left to bring the Dog! She is your hype woman already and amazed and what the human body can do. 'Look doggy, I'm gonna do That when I get bigger'.❤

Yes! This is exactly what I was looking for. The flipping the dumbells over to simulate a narrow grip pull up is genius. I don't have an exercise ball but I do have floor slider discs. Would those work to substitute in the plank exercises?
