the HT4550i really hits all the boxes for me, right as I'm in the market for a new projector. Estimated cost is $2800, which is a bit more than I wanted to spend, but it really hits every point I want in a projector. I had seen that the input lag is expected to be 17.5 ms, which is very good for a non-gaming projector, and I'll take lens shift at the cost of ultra fast input lag.

Can the HT2060 be used on a 80" screen from 9' ?
@naughtyca131970 Жыл бұрын
still no short throw, seems to be the2060 is replacing the 2160st, not sure why at this time benq still makes new 1080p projectors i wonder if the throw distance is also shorter on this 4550, just like the 3550 and tk850 compared to epson

It supports hdr 10+ also..no dolby vision yet..Trying to get Benq to list a FULL spec sheet on their website instead of the cover sheet currently there..Many questions..Range of lens shift..what Texas Instrument chip is inside?..It seems that all of the ust projectors are using the chip, which Benq said gives better contrast instead of the original .67 chip..Is the dongle as good as a Roku 4k+?..Go EMU..from taylor mi

I don't think the QS01 is a great media stick, but it does the job. I would recommend Google TV or Roku like you mentioned. Go Eagles! Hope you like and subscribe!

Good afternoon! Does BENQ 2060 need to be serviced at a service center and how often? I mean, is it tedious to change thermal paste?

Why do you post this every video of this projector

Two things. Please include the various latency / input lag numbers at different resolutions and refresh rates. Second thing is, NOISE levels, at 0" and 3' distance, objective numbers (measurements) and subjective.

BenQ used to be my favorite but I could never get any of their projectors to last more than a year or two without the DMD chip going out or dead pixels. Now I have switched to Epson so far it seems to be a much more reliable projector brand. And it has a filter to keep dirt from going into the machine from dust. I was always having to send back the BenQ projectors for service every 6 months I believe it is because of their compact design it doesn't allow enough cool air to go through it so the inside parts start malfunctioning in my experience after 6 months to a year.

Perhaps you have just been unfortunate. I am still using my Benq w1070 that I bought around 8 years ago now and have never cleaned it or switched the lamp and it's still going perfectly strong. :) So I have only had quite the positive experience and plan on getting the HT4550i and finally upgrade.

@@Zuntrix dang it might just be me I had to have the DMD chip replaced on that one then cleaned after that I sold it and got the 4k one and it would mess up every 6 months untill the dmd chip started going out on it i have it replaced 3 times for different things
