What is the Common Area fees? Where is the parking for resident owned automobiles? Was the $170 cost including Funiture as shown? Excellent layout and design of the unit. Thank you for your presentation.

Furniture not included. Thanks for your comment! The current price for common areas are not calculated by now. It should be somewhere between 50-80€ per month
