When is SpaceX going to put a ship in orbit and prove this rocket is a viable project? So far, all I've seen are failures.
@JayneCobbsBunk3 сағат бұрын
You must be new here. These are all prototypes. They are trying to do what has never been done before & that requires building, testing, modifying & testing again. Even when they make their first ship catch & start launching starlink satellites prob this year, it will still be prototype testing.
@ale1312963 сағат бұрын
Whenever that is part of the mission goals, they'll do it. "all I've seen are failures" probably means you only saw what you wanted to see and not what SpaceX wanted to test. Flights 3-6 had complete successful ascent portions and Flights 4 to 6 had successful returns of the ship with Flight 5 also demonstrating a booster catch and Flight 6 demonstrating an in-space relight of Raptor. If you only saw failures must be because you missed all those successes
