Nice selection! This is the most well equipped clutch set I have come across. The metal alignment tool is a must for multi plate clutches! When torquing down the pressure plate I continually check to make sure the alignment tool slides smoothly (just slightly) and that it also bottoms out. This ensures everything is square and provides the least resistance when installing the box.

@@Goodezilla the only bummer was all 30 or so of those PP fasteners. Also, I had some Aussie friends recommended using red loctite vs the blue that comes with it. That said, they were well over 1,000whp.

Yeah it's pretty heavy...like 40-42 LBS or so according to the shipping weight

i have a similar sized 8 or 9 inch organic twin in my evo x and i love it . my buddy has the six puck and another has the hydo 8 inch fat ceramic puck design . well all love them

If you havnt thought about it. Upgrading the slave cylinder to larger size. I cant remember the actual size. I think your stock one is 3/4 and bigger one is 15/16....

Hey what oil pump do you have on there? I know you upgraded to the super tech spline drive conversion correct? But is it an OEM oil pump? I’m looking to do the same thing so just curious. I currently have the OEM oil pump no spline drive setup. If I go with a high flow oil pump I need the larger sump right? Thanks man

Hey, I have a N1 oil pump with the Supertec Racing Spline drive gearset. I don't have an extended sump, but I do have the Tomei oil baffle in the sump.
