Great video Tim, I highly recommend this kit for any older 1025R owner looking to add the summit rear hydraulics to it. I made this same modification to my 2025R a few months ago. Since the part numbers for the green fender were shown to be different, I had order both piece for my 2025R once here it turned-out part numbers were shown as different, but once I had both my green fenders side by side , that the original fender and the new number fender, it was clear that for the 2025R they were the same piece or so similar that we saw no reason to use it and since returned it to Green parts store. Which that said for 2025R owners looking to do this modification it is only about 40 bucks all you need is that upper black portion of the fender.

I did the upgrade with the 4 rockers for my Summit 4 port rear SCVs on my 1025r. Easy and fun! But remember to pull the fuse for the 12v outlet! 😮😂

Tim, I always use a jack stand and metal rod to remove the wheel weights. I loosen the top bolt and slide the rod in and place on the jack stand, then level it. I then loosen the bottom blot and slide the wheel weight on the rod. It saves the back and frustrations. Lol

I forgot the gasket as well when I put switches on my 22. You can pry up slightly with a trim tool or butter knife and push the locking tabs in and the switch will come right up.

i wouldn't hold your breath on the turbo kit simply because the EPA has to be involved in the whole process, if it wasn't for that there would be a much better chance of the turbo kit being available for retail sale

The one "upgrade" over the 2019 model that is not an upgrade in my opinion, is the new way the MMM is connected to the tractor, although the 7-iron (7 gauge steel) mower deck itself might be more durable than the older, thinner 10 gauge deck thickness. I just don't like how the 7-iron does the attachment to the tractor.

I would have pulled all the wires through the holes in the fender wired up the switch then popped in to place

Did not have enough distance between ground wire connections. Remember, they were all inside that little box. Only 1 inch or so between spades.

My 2022 1025R did not come with the switch knockout plugs. Purchased in April 2022, but the unit has a manufacture date of Dec 2021. Definitely going to upgrade.

My 2017 1025R has 438 hrs & won't start. Lights flash on dash. Battery has Sept. 2015 sticker on it (crazy, right?) but it is now testing @ 12.4V once I trickled charged battery. Lights on tractor don't come on (only rear lights work). I checked middle relay by pulling out bottom one & placing in center spot. Didn't make a difference. Checked corresponding 20a yellow fuse, not busted. So what gives? Why is my tractor not starting? Headlights never turn on, but when I turn knob to 'on' position, display goes dark. Dash display only flashes when headlight knob in off position. It HAS to be battery, right?

I came across a 2038r at a dealership. First one since before Covid hit. I noticed there was no slits for the handles if one wanted the rear hydraulic connectors. Are they there just can’t see the on-less you look from up underneath???
