1) In flat , through flooring continues water will be not be there through tiles , chances are negligible. 2) and In Aluform shuttering waterproofing of toilets and sitout terraces is done , slabs are not at same level. 3) Plumbing of toilets is done by same method even if it's conventional or Aluform RCC. Pipes are going through ceiling of flat below , it's easy for maintenance, as compared to ducts. For Plumbers also. 4) Wall POP plaster of 12-15 mm is also a plaster and it has cementacious properties

Does it make sense to use such method for bungalows considering following aspects- 1. Care for leakage proofing is simpler. 2. Since land is costly in cities, thinner walls can give more usable space. 3. From.cost angle- how costly it is for only 1 or 2 floors

I have one suggestion for Saudaghar, please make videos on new rule that comes for developers. For instance there’s this new GR came on 29/11/22 about leaving 5% open space on land above 2 hectare; I think you should cover that

No.....if your bathroom leaks ...then it will do seepage in below flor....than you have to fix it....and second problem that your whole roof is open for rain.....it has high chances for seepage after few year ...

Builder *ILD Millenium / Emperium Infrastructure* for project *Emperium PREMIO and Grand Centra* in sec 37C and D have done the same flat booked in 2014 now they have cancelled the unit in 2024. 10 year mai 0% construction by ILD and now project sold to Emperium, Emperium is now making false promises in terms of utilities and feature, which they can not make as not approved in the plan

@kashish42915 Agar construction ke time contractor proper technique use karega to leakage nai hoga. And Maharera has included 5 years warranty for this. Builder is liable to fix leakage issues

@kashish42915 That's very very tricky question actually. While any project in under construction, you can not say it's good or not as per quality. The only possible things to investigate is who is building it and what is there track record. I would personally like to invest in resale property as it is easier to see issue there

lol phle jaan lo mivan hota kya hai, faltu ki bakwaas band karo, aisa kuch nhi hota ki mivan me seepage jada hota hai, actually its completely opposite, bricks wale me loose points jada hote he waha seepage jada hota hai specially after 10 yrs
