Do someone have the issue where any mesh you load as a reference is totally black? the only way I can see the surface of the reference mesh is showing wireframe

did you check the direction of your normals? they might be flipped, also might want to check if your gpu drivers are up to date just in case

@@AbeLeal3D I'm sorry I'm not using discord😥, im from Philippines and my card is a Mastercard made by maya app, its an app i usually use because im 18 yrs old and cant afford to make a bank acc off of my self and my parents arent that fond of me buying stuff online. And since i have a Mastercard that i mentioned i can purchase course mainly udemy courses only, when i try buying stuff on a different website it just doesn't work😞, so if you would mind uploading it on udemy? I've seen your courses there mainly maya and z brush stuff but im a blender user and i am trying to find courses about retopology on udemy but it has a limited related topics about retopology and i get easily burned out because of it. This course is what i want and i dont want to rely on box modelling too much because all my characters will look unrealistic and also limited when rigging faces. I would appreciate it if you could help me❤️

Can I take this course using blender or do I necessarily need topogun?

Yes you can totally use blender. The important things are the principles and theory of retopology it can be applied to any software
