Can anyone kindly explain about the above lines at 4:25 and also the lines at the outer of NZM at the extreme right 7:42 from where that goods train was coming ??

At 4:25, the lines are coming from NZM only. It is the ramp to Ghaziabad. Watch my video on board Kalinga Utkal, it takes that line. At 7:42, the freight is coming from Delhi Safdarjung, which is part of Delhi Ring Rail or Parikrama Locals route.
