New design idea from a basic resin mould - SELF HANGING CLOCK

Its for the shrink tube in electronics. Evens the heat all over the tube shrinking it evenly. Also, my grandfather in the UK used a heat gun with an attachment like that to remove paint.

The curved adapter is for heat shrink tubing. The shape creates an eddy current in the air stream, so the heat can reach futher around the work and help the tubing shrink more evenly. 😊

What a struggle! You over came the crazy hurdles. It really looks amazing! I love the colors. Julie Cutts from Pouring your heart out, has a mold of a melting clock. All you would have to do is put the bend into it. I have one and it's a huge hit.

This is one of the many types of clocks I would love to have, I have my main clock in the kitchen which confuses everyone who looks at it to get the time. It’s Irish clock runs anti-clockwise even the numbers are in the reverse position 🤣😂🤣😂so adding a clock that’s melting but also runs backwards would be the icing on the cake.🤣😂🤣😂

Oh Wendy, taking the clock out of the mould really looks like it’s hard work. I would sweating and getting in a fluster, the finished clock is amazing, it would look grate above a fire place, as long as it was high up so as not to melt the resin.

Hi like the clock Wendy...that strange looking attachment is for shrink tubing on wires etc I think you place the wire with the shrink wrap on it over the hook part then this supports the wire when it's shrinking the tubing Wendy

I tried making a Salvador Dali clock with a circle mold but I poured it too thick and let it cure too long. When I tried to heat and bend it it cracked. So I smashed it into 3 bits and plan to use thin metal wire to attach the pieces in a sort of "exploding clock" shape. I find much of crafting is fixing your mistakes and pivoting when things don't go to plan. Love the colors in this project!
