Hi Trish, Thanks so much for this video! I am Platinum but they sent me the Gold welcome gift!😓. I’ve spent way more than the new minimum for Platinum too. From previous experience with Dior CS, I doubt they will correct this. I don’t mean to seem ungrateful, but I hate when brands make promises and then don’t keep them! On a positive note, I love the holiday collection and have already purchased several items. They knocked it out of the park this year! Thanks again, Trish! Susan

Same for me, I have a September birthday, they recently sent me the journal and pencils for that, and then I received the totebag/handcream/lippie as the Platinum welcome gift. Unless they extend the "beauty" category to include housewares and silks, I don't see how very many people are going to maintain Platinum, there just isn't that much to buy on an annual basis from Dior. But maybe that's the point for them.

I would try customer service again maybe early in the morning beginning of the day. I had some superb customer service recently I mean she went above and beyond so so good knocked it out of the park. So I hope this is the start of good things to come from Dior customer service and not a one off 😃🙏🏼🥰

Thanks for breaking everything down very helpful I just ordered with platinum and they let you choose two basic small samples and one deluxe like usual and then they put like a Jadore deluxe sample in your cart automatically I think icons means part of their everyday line non privee like Jadore, miss Dior, miss Dior blooming etc 🥰💕😊

I just made Silver last week with $300 spend but I checked right now and I am still Silver status despite the new $350 minimum. I am now $500 away from Gold instead of $200 previously. I am sort of glad I redeemed my silver gift last week of the mini lip, serum and perfume set. But the puzzle is cute. Not sure if I feel like climbing tiers when they change the program suddenly.

I think no because on my recent account. I spent an amount to stay in platinum and got no new gift. So I think if you continue to purchase on that account, you will only get the holiday summer and birthday gifts every year, but not welcome anymore

In India, you are just at the mercy of SA, you cannot order from website. So we just take what they throw at us. 😢. Sometimes it is a paltry fragrance mini or an empty pouch. Waiting for Dior to open their website for buying directly from them. Chanel has done so.

In my country/city Manila Philippines. The tiers are so expensive. To be a pearl you have to spend $216 and to be platinum you have to spend $2,500 and they’re not very generous with gifts. You have to spend $583+ just to get a pouch with samples! Yikes! However, it’s very easy to be treated as a VIP client. For every $300 spend you get exclusive Dior Prestige Spa Facials and that’s complimentary and there’s always VIP events and shopping parties. And I think I prefer those experiences because freebies get tiring eventually and becomes clutter at home anyways
