@@AB-dy2xw Any puncher like who? In his entire career Shakur has only been on skates twice and the last time he did that it was due to an injury. You guys literally just make things up lol Fighting off the backfoot here and there is normal for defensive fighters. He does that in EVERY fight. He fights off the backfoot, fights in the pocket, shows different angles. People should just say they don't know what they're seeing instead of making things up lol

I watched the full fight live & it was a bad stoppage. IDC how one-sided a fight is, if the fighter ISN'T visibly hurt/gassed & IS fighting back then it's nothing short of a disgrace to stop a fight in RD6/12. The referee was looking for any excuse to stop it after that 2nd KD. At least wait until he shows signs of being hurt/fatigued, drops twice in 1 round otherwise he should've gave him until the championship rounds before the mercy stoppage.

This victory was impressive. I haven’t watch a lot of Shakur Stevenson fights. He’s very calculated, take risks or looks to throw combos when he wants, and it’s definitely sounds like he punches hard. Because you can heard a sound of pain being inflicted, lol each time he does it the crowd reacts. He also very poise and calm. Definitely can give Tank, Haney a run for there money. I can see him beating Haney off his power.

He's mastered the art of to hit and not get hit. That alone makes him an absolute threat to anybody in the division and that's why Chihuahua Cruz ducked him because he didn't wanna be embarrassed like that. I can just look at a fighter's skillset and can tell he'll be a massive problem for other fighters. He reminds me of Floyd in his pretty boy days and this is only the beginning. The exchange sequence that started at 1:14 is memorizing and everything I love about the sweet science. Anybody trying to discredit Yoshino is bonkers. Mid combination he frames Shakur’s high guard!! It’s what ELITE boxers do, you rarely see “mexican style” fighters utilize frames today. And they get picked apart for a reason. Framing a fighter’s high guard usually extends your ability to attack their openings and keeps them from being able to throw back. Shakur IMMEDIATELY nullifies the frame by leaning back against the ropes, then comes back in with a 2pc counter while Yoshino is throwing. Man oh man what a game of split second chess that was! Dudes in other countries must tell horror stories about having to face elite level Americans in the ring.
