Just bought one and its beautiful but it couldn't handle a large pot roast and veggies don't know if I over filled or what I did but cooked for four hours and still had to take out in finish on stove cause I couldn't get it to get everything cooked

I bought one of these to replace my decades old Crock pot.. This is one of the worst user interfaces I have ever used.. Something that should be simple and intuitive is made almost useless by the hard to see screen, the buttons with no haptic response whatsoever and worst of all I find I have to unplug the unit and restart it to change temperature because it's easier than trying to navigate the menu.. Don't buy it..

Just got one. I cleaned everything and when I turned it on that “smell” that the manual mentions… was nearly smoking from the bottom. Kind of scared to turn it back on. I let it cool and checked for any plastic I missed but nothing… not impressed so far😕

just bought mine and according to this video it doesn't work... the lights didn't turn on at all... the power button just blinks... it's also the cheapest crock potty I've ever owned... didn't even know they made plastic crock pots

Is the timer variable - Can I set it in 30 minute increments? Or is it pre-sets only? Does it automatically switch to warm when the cooking time is done? How long will it stay on warm? (Sorry for all the questions but I’m ready to buy one.)

Hey The timer sets at 30 minute increments it switched to warm after cooking for 2 hours. Hope that helps. I love mine and ordered the air fryer yesterday

So sorry to hear that you got a bummer. May you could contact the manufacturer to get a new one. I have a nesspresso machine that took a crap a year after I purchased it, so I know how frustrating it can be.

@@caseyjones2036 wow, really. I thought the touchscreen was considered the best one. The turn knob is the one I heard have the had the problems. If you would, could you tell me the complaints you have with the touchscreen because I'm considering buying it for my home.

Yes! Sometimes I have to unplug it to reset it but I don't mind as long as my food cook properly.
