I looked at your stats chart. That appears to put Mike Postle at 20 sigmas above normal, not 6, 10, or 12. That is the equivalent of flipping coins 20x20 times and getting heads each time. That is 2^400 to 1 against, or roughly 10^120 to 1 against. To put that in perspective, it is estimated that there between 10^78 and 10^86 atoms in the universe. So, it's picking one atom out of all the atoms in the universe correctly, and having 10^34 to 10^42 to 1 odds left over. Or from gambling numbers, there are 16x16=256 regular games in an NFL season. So this is the equivalent of betting all games one season and 9 games for each team in a second season (16x25)=400 and getting every single game correctly. I think a reasonable person would conclude that calling Mike Postle "God" is perhaps a bit of an understatement if he did this by skill alone (or any combination of luck and skill).

Bone actually conducts sound better then air, you can try it yourself by playing a sound from e.g. fork tuner and placing it to next to your ear, when you stop hearing the sound (as it goes too quite) just move the fork behind ur ear closer to the bone and you should hear that sound again (as the vibrations) are transmitted thru the bone - we actually did this during a physics lessons at high school. There are also artificial ears which are drilled in that bone and enable the hearing to ppl who have disfunction ear (sound does not get propagated in there).

Mike Postle 68o hand tweeted about by Ryan Feldman deconstructed: In the Production room, the Producer and the Graphics person see the live feed. Meanwhile, the Commentators in the booth are on a hand from 30 minutes ago on the Broadcast stream. When Postle raises, someone in the Production room starts freaking out because no-one would ever make that play with those cards. When T-Bone folds, Mike can muck and no-one will ever actually see the 86o. The hole cards graphic is quickly changed (to 9s8s for a Str8 Flush draw) in that small time window of opportunity before the next hand is dealt - after which the hole cards can no longer be changed in the video. But if the RFID had read the hole cards wrong, no-one could possibly have ever known until at least 30 minutes later, if and when Postle saw the Broadcast and noticed it. Some number of minutes after the hand, someone goes into the Booth while the hand is being commentated to tell them the graphics are wrong. The implication is that there is a coverup, and that it was done by someone other than Postle, in the Production Room.

Wow. The 95 hand at -1:08 is absolutely cheating. It's not even debatable. How is he putting him on a gutterball after putting him all in on the flop, after a 4 bet preflop. How could a 7 worry him without seeing his opponent's hand? The only 7 that can worry you is 77. Other than that, 108, or some random 2 pairs that should have absolutely folded out, Remember this is a 4-bet pot. If you put him on that exclusive set of hands - how are you relieved when a 2nd 7 peels off? Then consider what 7 or hand that improves on a 7 is in any non-maniac's preflop 4-bet range? A7, 87, 67, 108 suited maybe? Which by the way are all terrible plays for a winning player at these stakes so you can more or less count them out of your opponent's range. But even those improve on the river to beat him. So he is exclusively putting his opponent on a gutter to have this string of reactions. Then to know he's good before his opponent shows his hand with 3rd pair and 5 high. Unreal. It's not so much the all in that makes this suspect. Fine, jam with middle pair on a decent draw board. Fine we all do it sometimes. But the words and the body language before the cards are revealed is absolutely nothing less than evidence of cheating.

What upsets you so much is that it destroys the integrity of the game. Everywhere. Ive been playing 20 years and wondering if all those long nights or online i was just getting cheated makes me sick and not want to play again. But what really gets you is his childlike joy at having discovered the cheat code and then abuses it to his hearts content. But even that isn't all of why you are mad. No you're most mad because you assumed there was a science, an order to this. That poker "pros" commenting on this would go what? Instead of just covering it up to cover their ignorance. And then you realize that life is this. The media is this. Cheaters are the winners but there is more to life than what we see.

After reading in that book that Seal Team 6 uses bone conduction headphones as part of their communication system, I was intrigued enough that I bought some. Rather than go in your ear, they vibrate against the bones in your head and transmit sound to your ear that way. An advantage for joggers is that your ears are open so that you can hear other noises, such as cars. I'm guessing that Seals use them so they can wear ear protection so they don't get ear damage from shooting (especially in doors), but the can still hear their radio comms.

Here’s another problem with “the graphics are wrong,” excuse. The RFID reader got it wrong for not one, but TWO cards in one hand. Its very clear, there is a person with access to the back end of the RFID system and relaying the info to the players's phone. He knows what cards the others have. Then on the river no more cards come, so he can play perfect. Talk to the maker of the RFID system, there is a breach of the RFID system. They need to change the card reading method for the show to recover credibility. Its very clear what is happening. He picks his spots and mix it up to try to shake suspicion. As he knows they are on to him, he starts to lose. The person is not even in the building. Its not the people there or announcers, they dont even know, is a person very familiar with the RFID system, so it has to be an insider of the RFID company that sold that system and no need to be on premises. Find the RFID maker. His fav spot is when 2 other players have A and he has a low card. Here is the maker of that RFID system. Someone from that company was the person accessing the data and sending to the player www.videopokertable.net/features.aspx

Just my two cents as a casual player, professional engineer and one time magician. There are several magic trick apps that display a selected card in the phones clock. The hour denotes the suit and the minutes denote the value ie. 10:01 might be ace of hearts and 11:13 King of diamonds. It really wouldn't be that hard to modify or create code like that to relay data on each hand via a push or message to his phone. The hat is also interesting, again there are tricks that allow a 'psychic' to make predictions based on pulses delivered to a small vibration unit. It would be extremely easy to plant something like that in the band of a hat which is where his hand always seems to fall. Either way it would be a solid scam if he didn't over play it and threw away some of the sketchy hands whilst keeping his big pushes to more realistic postions. Greed and believing you're the smartest guy in the room are big flaws though.

A) Can’t “prove” he stared at his phone or his dong. B) Can’t “prove” that he isn’t just a Gaaaawwwd. Since it’s happening inside a casino, getting the cops involved takes a lot of evidence. These videos are only enough to get the casino and maybe the gaming commission involved, but then see A & B. Someone who lost money would have to go to the cops, but then it’s maybe a couple grand they lost, good luck getting detectives involved when it’s only a couple grand, and A+B.
