How did they deal with cash flow issues if it costs $53 to acquire a customer and the customer is paying $6/week, it would take 8-9 weeks to break even? So they'd have a negative cash flow for awhile until enough payments started coming through?
@matiascalvo14802 ай бұрын
At least for where i'm from, when you have finance payments, the bank or the payment method pay you the total of the purchase, and they handle de financement of the client. Hope it helps to understand and sorry for my english :)

The video doesn’t indicate any capacity limitations on top of cash flow issues (which no doubt would have been huge). A “relatively” new business is unlikely to install 5000+ boilers per month. Not exactly sure how long they take to install, but factoring travel time etc, if 2 could be installed per day, each installer can only handle 60 a month, meaning you’d have to have 83 installers, vehicles and tools ready to go. That’s an absolute mammoth amount of overheads for a new business.
@BenHeath2 ай бұрын
Relatively new like 5-10 years old, not 6 months. That's very new though in comparison to the big incumbents in an industry like that.

@@Jen_Lao Pitty you can't really think or want to try do a bit or research before leaving a comment. The financial credit section is handled by a 3rd party financial company. So basically what happens is say someone clicks the £6 per week option. They go through to a credit section and all their details get obtained by the Financial Company who then determines Yes okay the client has good credit he/she qualifies for this loan. Right now what happens is they approve it pay You the company owner full price - in this case £1250 in full and take over the client as a loan client. So you the company now received payment in full and go install the boiler and the client gets statements from the Financial Company who carries the loan. No risk to you as the company owner at all. It's pure genius and also a reason why all the other competitors jumped on board the opportunity.

Hi, Ben Instead of duplicating when testing initial stage, is it possible to adjust on the original ad set like increasing daily budget by 20%, target audience OR ad creatives like carousel at the ad level?? Will it affect the algorithm?? Till things r more stable, then duplicate for scaling at higher budget.

My wife just signed up to your skool but I have an issue. My link that goes to my contacts page on my website from the Facebook ad uses their internal browser so now I am missing text. Its is there when highlighted but invisible, Its there a workaround to force FB to use an external browser from the users end?

Hey Ben, didn't the company have cash flow problems when each customer suddenly started paying £6 a week instead of the full price or slightly higher rates? I thought it was because of the costs for employees, marketing etc. P.S. As always, great video!

I have to increase the followers for my page and target 5 interests audiences at detailed targeting for my product content. I do have plan, Initially, to run page likes campaign with target audiences and retarget the same audiences for lead generations. In Ad funnel, at top of the funnel campaign audience section, whether do I need select both custom audiences and detailed targeting? I am having confusion on this, can you please, clarify.

Hey Ben, I'm having some trouble with lead targeting for home services in a specific area. When we start getting a certain number of out-of-area leads, we update the audience by adding exclusions, but it doesn’t feel like the best approach. What do you think?

Sir Ben I wish you have an advise that could help me now, you see your videos has helped me alot ive been runnjng ads for my small business 9 months now conversation sales ad that click to message and it has been working like a charm however since yesterday ive been facing a problem, the messages template i have and the automated responses are not reaching the customer instead of questions ive set that usually leads to a sale im getting "can i get more info on this product" which is frustrating because the ad gave all the info needed already ive tried to get back my message template running but its not working, love your channel bro

We could have imagined selling maintenance contracts on a subscription basis, where we would diagnose the installation and carry out maintenance every x months. If one day the boiler shows signs of end-of-life, we're well-placed to install a new one.

That would have been a good upsell :)

Hi, ive always loved your Videos and they have been very helpful in my career. But the last Videos are very specific and often are not very useful for a lot of people. I would love to get something more general. Like: How to set up new Ads now, how many Creatives in one campaign, how many options in text....... I know you have Videos on that but Meta changes a lot and so does the results. Anyways, keep up the work. 💙

What happens when competitions sees the ads and copies it. Then the advantage is gone. ?
@BenHeath2 ай бұрын
That's assuming they can copy and they will copy. In some industries that's true and in some it's not. Where that does happen, the long term solution is brand power.

Ben could I make a request for a video topic? Maybe you already have it and I'm not searching the right thing. I have a client and have a campaign running.
