Lead forms has lower CPL than website form fills because conversion rate is higher on lead forms. So even after higher CPM on lead form ads, CPL is lower.

I have found lead forms in app are low quality. Getting them signed up on my landing page is a higher intent, higher quality lead because it involved that extra step. I am in real estate. Thanks for the update!

Hi Ben: I've enjoyed a couple of your videos. thanks. I'm new to Facebook ads. When I view other people's ads on my phone, when I click on the video, the video suddenly appears at the top of the screen and it sort of bleeds into the advertiser's website below. However, when I create my ads and look at all the different Facebook previews, when I click on my ad previews' videos it just plays the video in place. It doesn't move the video to the top nor load my website below it. Thoughts?

Hi Ban, great video. I setup a lead campaign one to USA and Canada and the other to Aus , NZ and UK and the CPMs are through the roof. £190 for the USa and CA one and £136 for the Aus, Nz and UK one. Would really love to hear your take on this and possible how I can reduce them and get better results. Oh it might be worth mentioning that I am targeting Advertising, Marketing Social media marketing and so forth. Would it be better to not target anybody and leave everything as Facebook suggests? Facebook ads works just for a couple of days. Then does not work anymore. It's a Scam.I havre tried to use it and changes 6 7 differente agencies in 4 5 years. Question: in leads where purchase make an actual lead conversion into a product or service buyer, many websites suggest to not use instant forms or use higher engagement forms with questions to get more engaged shoppers and not leads that will waste your time. I feel that, like in dating ,the more effort he customer put into the process, the higher the chance he will convert. What is your opinion of how you get leads to actually show up to a store or office, and actually convert into patients or in store shoppers, which is the ultimate goal?

Hi Ben, I have a question about using forms as a targeting audience. My clients use small budgets, like 150 euros per ad per month, which means my reach is around 8-10k, of which a very small percentage opens the form. Is it still useful to create an audience based on like around the 100 people that open the form? Thanks in advance.

That audience is probably too small to advertise to at this point, but you can keep collecting and at some point you'll be able to run it. In the meantime you can retarget other sources of warm audiences.

You can put up an offer about the services the pharmacy does. Then run an ad to target the people within the locality of the pharmacy to take up such offers. This kind of ad will be tailored to people around the location where the pharmacy is suited.

I have a question about running a leads ad. I am able to get people to fill out the lead form, but I am unable to pull that person up on FB and message them there. Is there a way to see their FB profile? The leads that I have gotten, I email them but the open rate is hit and miss. I would much rather keep them in meta and message them there.

Honestly the best option is to require a phone number and call them - that makes a huge difference to your contact rate.

Hi Ben, I had campaigns go into the learning phase when they were active before. When they were active, they were producing good results. When it switched to learning, everything went down the toilet. I've seen all your content about the learning phase but nothing helped. Quality of leads falls on facebook vs off so need to do the math. Simple sales funnels has always been a thing.
