I can’t begin to tell you guys what an influence you have had on my taste in food since I started watching your videos several years ago. I love love love natto!! I make my own Onigiri, omurice, tonkatsu, and tonkatsu ramen! And my shoyu-seasoned ramen eggs are awesome, if I do say so, myself! I would never have tried any of these things if it wasn’t for the two of you and your videos. Thank you for continuing to open my eyes to new experiences and flavors! You guys are the best!

What a great place. The hamburger place is adorable!!! Those small ones on the fries....so cute!!!! Wish I could go there now and order the sweet potato slider. I keep this idea in mind; would be great to recreate for a party. The omuraisu looks delicious as well. I had a ramune chu-hi in a can, that was delicious, but never thought of making it myself. I remember the curry from the livestream, you were waiting for it then. great to see you eating it now :) I only like Japanese curry, (that's a family favourite here) though I have eaten curry in Thailand as well, but don't like the spices from Indian curries. The kakigori!!!! I want to go! I've been to Kawagoe years ago, but it was so hot that day I ended up in hospital with heatstroke :( Still enjoyed the day out there before I got sick.

Food courts get a bad rap but the ones in Japan are usually very good in terms of quality and value. Hope you guys hit a few more food courts in more common places. My fave is on the top floor of Yodobashi Akiba store in Akihabara so I'd like to see you guys do a review of some of the shops there.
@markoshima22103 жыл бұрын
I also was quite fond of the food court in the Akiba Yodobashi store, but just before the pandemic, they closed the central area for remodeling and the lockdown lasted so long that I imagine that many places that were originally scheduled to go in canceled and the remodeling has not progressed. In the recent lockdown, since hours were limited and they could not serve alcohol, many places left and there are now several vacant spaces. I hope that business gets better and they fill it up with interesting, attractive places, but for the time being, all of the places in the Kawagoe food court look much better than the ones in the Yodobashi food court.
