It is a Singer 15 from 1933. No other designation that I can find. Not a 15-91 (doesn't have the potted motor). ISMACS was mysterious on this particular lot of 15,000 that were made. They are only listed as a 15. And it's funny, because it seems to be a little bit of a frankenmachine. As in there are parts on it that would have been used on slightly older machines (like the tension assembly) and parts that were on later machines (like my decals). It's like a machine built during a transition phase at the plant. This one was built in Pennsylvania, if I remember correctly.

And yes, definitely much more comfortable than using the knee lever. I was getting used to it after using it for about 2 years, but I could never manage the speed control on it.
