New Hampshire Housing Market Update

I have contacted 2 real estate agents in New Hampshire to help us get a home and they took all of out info never heard from either one of them. Its been almost a year neither one of them ever called us. We are cash buyers also.

housing prices are getting out of control. do you reckon the bubble will burst sometime in the next few years?

I suspect that if we see a noticeable decline in prices, the sun belt states will be hit the hardest. We're still experiencing very strong demand in NH, with a lot of cash buyers. I'm very interested to see if our market heats up this spring/summer. (Which it usually does.)
