Thanks for doing all of these home tours. They are very informative and concise (which is very much appreciated). It would be very informative if when listing the base price of the home (at the time of the video), that you can provide what the options cost for the top 5-10 typical upgrades. Another option is to mention what the price of the home would be as specified. This would differentiate you from all of the other numerous realtors that do the same builder /subdivision. If you would do this in the future, I would definitely subscribe and give you a thumbs up every time the base price coupled with an upgrade list. Yes, I do understand the upgrades and costs are very nuanced with a very wide range of various upgrades. That being said, if you can just provide perhaps the top 5-10 upgrade costs that the model you are showing costs - it would be very insightful to a potential future client of yours. As an example, if the list price was $650,000, I have no idea if what you are showing is $80,000 of upgrades or is it $500,000 of upgrades (almost doubling the cost) of the actual price. I watch all of your videos as well as your fellow Denver realtors, and I can count on my hand the number of times that you/others provide any of these critical costs. In other words are you showing me a $700,000 house that I can afford or are you showing me a $1.4 million house. Once again, I really value your videos (huge thumbs up!), I just wanted to provide you with some feedback to add to these videos, that take a lot of work to shoot, edit and upload, even better! If you would routinely add these details, I am quite sure you will see a large increase of the number of views, including myself (I will likely be selling my current Denver house and upgrading to a larger house in the western suburbs of Denver in 2022. Thanks again for all your videos. Keep up the great work!
