Nice home however no ceiling fans? I know we are all about our AC in Texas but winter is cool enough to not run up the AC like that in this state. Otherwise, I'd love to live here

I understand your perspective. I’ve had clients who I’ve met that had their homes for a long time and no issues. They love their house . I guess it depends on the community .

⁠@@DinaRemRealtorit depends on the sub contractor from what I hear which makes sense because they’re the ones doing the actual building and DR Horton uses cheap material I’m looking at getting a DR Horton home but I haven’t seen any good REAL reviews
