I've been seeing this Beautiful Feet curriculum all over here in KZbin and I can see that their books are so beautiful.

We’ve never used them, Beautiful Feet seems like such a great curriculum! I like the idea of marking your journey on the map. Similarly, we’re going to be drawing the each African country we learn about in history. Thank you for hosting this great collab!

West coast here too! I’m in Oregon. The beautiful part! 😂😂 In the Willamette Valley (not Portland). I’ve only heard Never Eat Soggy Waffles too. 🥰 I love teaching with good literature. Good choices. I keep seeing Beautiful Feet books. I’m really interested in their character building curriculum. And geography. But I use Sonlight, so I already read a lot!

Are you enjoying this curriculum? I'm debating between this and Notgrass Our 50 States. Feedback would be greatly appreciated! (My 9 year old took over my account, didn't realize I was now known as the Roblox helper.🤦♀️)

@@Jonnyplays463did you ever try it out ? We tried Notgrass 50 states and it was soo boring for us. So I’m contemplating this instead

We grew up with Never Eat Soggy Watermelon... it's so funny how that acronym is so different across the US! This curriculum looks wonderful! I think we might just have to try it out soon. Thanks for sharing!

Do you do a separate history curriculum or use this for History and Geography?
@gatheredandgroundedhomeschool7 ай бұрын
I would use it for both especially for the younger ages
@melissamoore2802 жыл бұрын
I’m thinking about ordering this. How is it going so far? My library has all of the books. I would only need to order the map, teacher’s guide, and the consumable workbook.
@gatheredandgroundedhomeschool2 жыл бұрын
It’s going to pretty well! We are on lesson 6, we are only doing 1 lesson per week- my 2nd grader enjoys it. I will do an update once we are more in it. & I highly recommend the map lots of activities involve that ☺️

No, the map is huge- I would have kids work on it together

Is this ok to use for 9, 7, and 5 year old? Are there ways to go deeper for the 9 year old?
@gatheredandgroundedhomeschool2 жыл бұрын
This would be great for those ages! In this teacher guide there are additional resources to take deeper dives, so you could use those for your 9 year old.
