This is the build video I've been looking for - no commentary, no "uhmmm, uhhhhhh", no swallowing the mic, just good camera angles showing what was done to build the bike. 10/10.
@mikenixon46374 жыл бұрын
46 years in this industry and I can tell you 98 percent of the shops I worked in did this exactly like the video, and it is correctly done. A few things weren't shown, certainly done however. Liquid levels, battery prep, tire pressures, brake disc wipe, controls check, idle check, lights, etc. I'm amazed that judging by the comments so many people did not realize bikes came not fully assembled. Take note of the clutch lever adjustment. It is correct, yet many will allow it later to get much looser and think it is normal. I run my own shop today and have a heck of a time getting customers to adjust their clutches correctly. Someone mentioned thread locker. That stuff isn't used in Japanese shops. No need for it.

Tenho uma VULCAN 900 classic, ano 2013. Sou apaixonado por ela. Vai aí um pedido de reconsideração! Sra. Kawasaki, volte com as VN 900 pro Brasil! 😢🙏

Inhale. I can smell the fresh paint and oil from here! This did more to make me want one than any review I've read.

They are never test ridden. They don’t ever put gas, radiator fluid, battery acid, etc into a bike that could set on a showroom floor for a year or more. When it’s pre-purchased, he’ll do that. Thanks for your comment Jeff. Happy new year and hope you subscribe! -Tripp

This guy probably builds a dozen bikes a week for this dealership and has been doing it for years. He could probably do it in his sleep. Thanks for your comment Michael, happy holidays and hope you subscribe! -Tripp
