I am waiting a delivery for the L&K Superb III Estate 4x4 equipped with the bigger 2.0 TSI 280hp engine, with more features than the ones listed for this new one, for just 42K euros. To be honest, I am happy I opted for the Superb III right before they stopped taking in new orders. There doesn't seem to be anything in the Superb IV that will make me wanna pay a lot extra, compared to the top spec Superb 3.

@@automotiveprogramming no, it's not "only" 2-4K I spoke with my dealer about it and while I am getting mine for 42K discounted rom 51K, the new L&K with equivalent specs (2.0 TSI, 4x4, DCC, ventilated seats etc. etc.) will be probably around 55K. Also what “luxury feel” materials... plastic is plastic. Also fake leather - is fake leather. Did you see wood, real leather or anything like that in the new Superb? Because I didn't :) Not to mention, the newer engines will have to meet newer even more strict ECO norms, so we won't be seeing the 280hp 400nm beast anymore. Also, call me old fashioned, but I am not a big fan of the "TV on the dashboard" and getting rid of physical buttons - instead of being able to conveniently change drive mode, turn off start stop or autohold you will have to cycle through various menus. And don't get me wrong, If the new Superb is what your dream car is - by no means - I want to change your opinion. I just like the S3 more for the car it is, compared to what I am seeing in the reviews of S4.

I own superb 3 2.0tsi 190hp, it is wonderful, fuel efficient, extra practical car, it only has one minus - very high front sits, i am 192cm tall and in lowest position, i am still sitting like on thr kitchen chair. Comparing to A6 (same platform) that i was driving in parallel, in superb you sit like 8-10cm higher. Please check that before you buy, as you are tall person😉

To my opinion there is lack of efforts related to the design of the main dash display (the main screen facing the driver), the upper screen edges looks out of the dashboard cover. Second comment is the color available, the ones of the previous model were much more suitable.

1.5 TSI Petrol was on the car you've presented. Above the PS value, on the spec shit, was written Benzin / 1499ccm. A very small engine imo for such a car.

Everything looks nice and classy but the dashboard which btw... is a real mess. Honestly VW nailed the dashboard in a more better way on the new Passat. We all are aware that the new car interiors should have at least 1 tablet but the solution implemented on the new Superb is 🤔 ... aftermarket looking like.

They could have at least change the shape of the lights, front and rear, to make it look that it's the new model and not like it's a facelifted version of the previous generation. You will be hard-pressed to know that it's the new model when you see it on the road.

Interior looks cheap. Leather (not natural, I guess) color is...meh. Cruise control on a separate controller - bad. It should be on a steering wheel. Gearbox controller looks not very comfortable. Good they kept some physical buttons for climate.

Honestly, your camera handling needs improvement. It's hard to watch really. Seems like you used an iPhone or so for filming. Too fast camera movements, no scenic shots, no nice zooming. Nice review but again, please improve the way you film this.
