Yeah technically the blade is a non-collectable card so it won't come up in any pool, and it's has no minion type so it can't be summoned by the juggernaut. The only way it could be in the pool is if the weapon is also a collectible legendary

It’d fit extremely well into Enrage Warrior. It has very high health, which you can transform into attack that you get 3 uses out of the turn it’s played. And it becomes absolutely bonkers with Unlocked Potential. As an avid enthusiast of the deck, I can’t wait for this card to be in the game. Grommash is an effortless 17 attack Charge, but that’s the only good part of the deck.

Rush copying is actually harmful because you will likely end up losing multiple copies of Remornia because you cannot attack enough to put them back on the field.

design-wise, 10/10. Though will it see play? I know control warrior is coming back in standard, but adding this to a control deck wouldn't really add too much. You can deal 12 damage to 3 targets when you play it, but two of them have to be minions. Well why couldn't you just play shield shatter to deal 4 to the entire board? I think it'll see play but it won't be the star of any deck. In wild though...I see a MarkMcKz combo about to happen. Though it would involve handbuff, which warrior isn't the best at even with the handbuff package. That's about it lol

TLDR: This is very solid late game tempo and pressure in a deck that has cost reduction and plenty of health sustain. Seems like a perfect fit to me. Tempo removal has found a place in warrior for a long time. 8 mana deathwing, sword eater, even the cheap/free shield shatter you mentioned. There used to be midrange tempo decks as well. Not too far back there was rush warrior. This is a 4 cost card off of from the depths on turn 5 or turn 4 with the coin. Will neuter a lot of board based decks similar to rokarra hero card but it's more tempo, less value.

But for now it is a 7 mana card and at 7 if you want to deal 12 dmg to actualy have life remaining you need to kill 4 atk minions like rigis gave in his example. At 7 mana when are you trading into 3/4 drops cause those have 4 atk... Its just bad,control warrior has tons of board clear/removal this dosn't cut it. In agro its even worse cause its 7 mana card that youd put in as a finisher to deal lot of face dmg , except it can't. @Tom Odayama is right, the design is 10/10 but the stats/mana is terrible and it will likely not see play

@@Unstapables TLDR just because numbers on the card don't make you wet yourself doesn't mean the card is mediocre. This card fits control warrior play patterns extremely well. warrior does not have tons of board clear. They have brawl and shield shatter. The latter being the only good one, and it got nerfed. You don't understand the play patterns I'm referencing. Often times when you are playing control warrior, you are fighting to get the most of your large removal spells like brawl. This card allows you to do so with most board states. For example, opponent has an 8/8 and 3 midrange minions. You play the blade to kill the three minions and don't mind an 8/8 hitting you as much because your warrior. Next turn your opponent pushes their advantage. "They didn't brawl, they surely would have it was so clean there!" Just what you want them to think. They develop a colossal or throw out their minions and then you brawl a bigger board. Also, in high level play. Many players against warrior will be playing around these two large board clears. This card handily deals with boards that opponents set up to try and bait an AOE out before developing further. This will mean that players will more often have to extend further into warrior in order to pressure them. That is good, as it means that their board clears are more valuable. Lastly, having a higher number of cards you want/don't mind to play at high cost but are absolutely nuts when hit with that cost reduction means that deck is more consistent. I disagree with the implication that there are tons of cards that are insane when hit with that reduction in the context I was talking about, neutering midrange decks tempo/momentum. There's rokarra..... Maybe the board clears but those are already so cheap..... The big minions aren't very good, most decks easily handle a big minion or two and most big minions can't deal with midrange pressure like rokarra or this card.

So we can now theoretically give a weapon minion buffs. Previously this was only possible with demon hunter with hand buffs as you needed to corrupt the minion for it to become a weapon. I am super excited to see how these look visually as well as mechanically. Weapons have never had divine shield or taunt before. We know that hero's inherit the windfury effects of weapons, so perhaps the same would apply there. Very excited to try it out.

At its base level, this really gives me Crabatoa vibes. Getting a couple four damage rush attacks, maybe a face swing, and leaving you with a decent weapon. But I do think this gets much more interesting when you add minion/weapon buffs. I think she could get very powerful!

Remornia is Sire Dentharius' sword. She can fly around on her own and cut things. She is both a separate entity and wielded by him in his boss fight.

Triple windfury would imply a bare minimum of 4 attacks, based off anyone's line of logic, so no, and that's called mega windfury. Consider that windfury is 2 attacks. So double windfury could be viewed as 3 attacks, once again individual line of thought is considered, some may say double windfury would be 4 attacks. But I understand what you mean. Lol

Sadly Shadowlands wasn't the best.so may not be alot to go off of. The sword is a living entity and is completely loyal to Sire Denathruis. She also loves to just mutilate things. In the raid fight she will either cause a portion of the raid area to be filled with AoE that does big damage and doesn't disappear and will cover everything if the boss isn't killed fast enough. She will also occasionally start slashing areas of the raid and the raid has to basically dodge back and forth. Its actually really cool and overall one of the best raids Blizzard had done. When defeated she (the sword) sucks up the soul of Sire Denathruis to protect him but can't escape and now is held captive and under constant intense rays of the Light to burn her and Denathruis's soul so they can learn and repent for their betrayal

When Remornia turns into a weapon, you can use weapon buffs like Lady Ashvane, so when it returns as a minion it will keep the +1/+1. Perhaps an interesting warrior deck that includes few weapon buffs just for that combo ?

One option not mentioned in Regis' example with the 4/4 minions controlled by the opponent would be play this, hit a 4/4, equip, hit 2nd 4/4, get the 4/5 rush, hit 3rd 4/4, equip 4/1 weapon, play the spell that destroys your weapon and draws card equal to weapon's attack to draw 4 cards. Would be a nice play imo.

12 mana OTK in wild: this + crazed alchemist + charge with any handbuff or 2x inner rage. That's assuming it can't attack again after returning to the battlefield. If it can, there's even more potential (does it retain charge?).

The only way this could be better is if you could choose, when you put it in your deck, whether you want it to start as a weapon or minion. Weapon would be easier to tutor, and could benefit from buff all weapon type stuff. You could put a weapon in a 4 or less minion deck.... But yeah, interesting.

Love your enthusiasm. I think warrior needs more broken things to get a place in the meta. This would see play at six mana. Now it feels a bit clunky. Still fun card though. Being a wild player I would hope to see tools for DMH to work again. I feel warriors need a stronger boardclear in the same price point that warlock has. Its like they hold back the class for no reason.

Though I’m happy to see Daddy Denathrius make it into Hearthstone, it does make me concerned on the pattern of expansions. We had Horde vs Alliance a while back and into altered Valley (technically BfA), then Naz’jatar (mid BfA). Now we’re about to jump head first into Shadowlands? I hope they don’t run out of ideas and realize they’ve pushed forwards too fast.

It looks fun for sure, but I have to disagree that it is a 5 star card (where I consider the card rating by your star standards). This card has to potentional to remove some mid tier minions in a single turn, but that's only when the minions line up perfectly. If you want to 'rush down' the lowest attack minions with the minion form to ensure you keep the chain running the longest then you basically only do the real damage with the weapon part wich is limited to 1 attack per turn. Add to this that if this card becomes anywhere close to popular in a deck there is plenty of removal avalible for both the minion and the weapon. In the current meta I honestly think this card isn't even powerfull enough if they dont print some synergistic cards alongside it. I can see it being a 4 star card, but if the synergy isn't there with the set it might honestly be a 3 star card.

You use it with temporary buff effect like cruel taskmaster or the minion that swap attack and defense. Rush it into small token then boom you smorc for 10 face. This is not a board clear card, it will be used for OTK assuming warrior gets more enrage support

if your opponent's board is full of 1/1 and this thing have at least +2/+2 (assuming buffs persists when it turns to weapon), you can technically deal 30 damage in one turn(hit minion, turn into weapon, hit face, and repeat)

This card might be enough to make Enrage Warrior viable in Duels. A 7 mana 12/9 (Floor is Lava + Unlocked Potential) that can hit 2 minions and face could be what the deck needs.

Think I agree with most here that it' doesn't seem very good, but the design is extremely cool. Think they could afford to push the envelope a little bit more to ensure it's played. They've been much more responsive about nerfing cards in recent years, so it wouldn't reign too long.
