Getting into a new leadership role at a medical facility. Definitely nervous about it since alot more people are older or even more qualified. This video gives me more confidence. Thank you Jocko!

lol advice is useless in a vacuum without learning how to implement. Most people know general leadership principles in theory. It’s learning implementation and having those stories in your memory to call upon when a similar situation comes up that actually helps people become better leaders.

Jock has ZERO real world business experience. Even his businesses now are successful ONLY bc his time in the military- where promotions and raises are automatic and built in. His advice on success in the workplace is useless to anyone with more knowledge than a 12 year old. -retired 06 with 2 decades in corporate America
