Icon of sin vs Adam kadmon... Wow, that actually is really cool, I never thought about that before, I would love to see that made by someone. I am disappointed by the Zelda pick because there's so many better ones to go with (many of which I can't think of), my personal favorite idea at the moment being Impa vs Zeratual from StarCraft as both are either companions or mentors to others in their series, they both are ninja style characters, and just the thought of Impa fighting Zeratual is just really funny to me. Other matchups I really want to see that I don't see many people talking about would be: Count Dooku or Maul vs High lord Alarak, Sephiroth vs Sauron, Purifier Fenix/Talandar vs Alphonse Elric, and Diavolo vs Raas Al Ghul, all of these appeal to me so much and I'm sad no one has thought of them yet, I would love to see any of these put into action someday.
