Mercedes-Benz really need to get rid of the piano black plastic once and for all. It is a nightmare for scratches and fingerprints and dust… Great video again, good watch. When it comes to Agency, the worst thing about buying a car (or anything higher value) is the unnecessary time wasted to being put through a sales process, negotiating, and stress. Agency takes all that away, brilliant!

Great clip :) I must agree with some of the other comments that this piano black plastic really doesn’t elevate the look of the interior, I think it does the opposite. As for the new sales model - I don’t see that benefiting anyone other than the dealer. Thanks for another great video!

Interesting approach by Mercedes. I reckon more brands will move over to this business model. Buying new cars is a very different landscape now! This is one of the prettiest cars on the market! Good job on the video!

Already have. Volvo on all models, all VW brands on all electric models, SMART, Honda on their electric models and BMW/MINI next year! And the rest to follow.

I once met a finance employee from Ford at a party, and he gladly gave me the % mark ups of the Ford range at the time. The dearer the car, the greater the mark up.

In my experience that mark up changes only with the invoice value. In other words, most if not all new cars would get say 15% margin, 15% of a S Class which is £100k has more margin than a £30k A Class in terms of pound but % is the same… make sense?
