Have you thought about making race yard karts with the same engines? Here in Indiana there are quite a few yard kart tracks although they really aren't yard karts anymore but it's fun. There's a few Sprint drivers who compete like Josh Cunningham. Although I do see where I can take a little more time to build.

Thomas.. when i worked at calkart on the converters they welded a support of like two little brackets that bolted to the fastener that was closes to the converter.. Welded from the tube like where the bearings are and to the mounting poing. Would almost look like a mini W- Link without the straps That way the plated didnt tweak from the torque..
