Purple brake fluid is Dot 5 silicon . ( as far as I'm aware ) .. Looks like a good bike for the money . It'll sell quick after you've given it some tlc.. peace and love brother ✌ 💚

The Superlight has a centre stand. Useful for checking fluid levels especially the brake fluid.

Yes that's a good point Phill. They aren't the best built bikes, they rust very easily but if looked after from new and waxed they will do a few years

@@motorcyclerescuer I have the 2016 Superlight (carburettor engine) all black model now on 10,000kms. Apart from 2 sets of front fork oil seals no other issues and still rides like new. Probably the most comfortable low power bike I’ve ever ridden!

You got a great buy there, I know what you mean about the feet forward stance, about 19 years ago I hired a cruiser in corfu, got it from a little hire place in Kassiopi, that had feet forward I was flailing my feet around for a few days, same with the back brakes position, it meant taking my foot off the peg to do it. Very weird. No helmet, swimming shorts sandles and baseball cap back to front. Had that for 2 weeks. Me and my wife, back when she used to ride with me. She’s getting near 70 now (I’ve not said that by the way) and according to her she’s too old now. Me, I’m just a big kid. Getting back to the bargain of the month, Hopefully it will boost your coffers when you sell it. Then you can get another…. And another…. Etc. happy daze

So the rear brake pushes the rear caliper and 1 piston on the front caliper when you apply it. Honestly it's more hassle then it's worth. When they have issues it's a right pain sorting them out.

Nice buy Charlie hope you can flip it quick for a good profit, just replaced the rear brake master cylinder on my keeway tx 125 and bled the brakes all working great now just gotta wait for new brake stop sensor as rear brake light doesn't work the it all sorted

I got both bikes out yesterday the one I built get that started and start putting all the parts in bundles sort it all out . And guess what go watch the vid bro on here , you’ll understand , I’m in Scotland ,lol are you cutting down on the daily uploads bro ,I was a bit arghghgh when u put that vid up but u have to do what you have to do ,

The keeway indicators, are they not the same on the Harley ? I have a sportster and mine worlk the same as the keeway and yes I have it too

My Harley has the same indicator set up but self cancel after a certain time/distance....is yours different?

Mine is a switch on the left only. Yours has one on each side? I've never seen it before. It feels horrible at first

The linked brakes thing is by law now 👎 I think they have to have ABS or linked. I'm gonna be bypassing that on my aprilia I don't like it either...

Yeh law to be imported in. Then I normally change them back as these systems don't work to well.

@@motorcyclerescuer I can't understand the logic behind linking the brakes together. It's supposed to help emergency braking but you're taught to brake with the front first then balance it with the rear. These linked systems make the rear brake extra sharp because it adds extra force to the front and takes the feel away from your right fingers. Awful. Whoever implemented that should be spoken to 😆

Thats exactly my thoughts aswell Laguna. It would make more sense if the front lever put the back on 25 percent.

Am I, I'm sure he said he bought it from the shop. The numberplate has his local area on it. Maybe he didn't say he bought it from new and I made an assumption that he did as it was in the same area. Either way I have no concern that its stollen.
