He Phil like your videos I have had the same problem with the tension screw. You might also check the pin that connects the trigger to the rod mine came out. You might want to Put some blue loctite on it

I got rid of the fine adjust screw and did use blue loctite on the tension screw. Check out the quick tune video if you haven't seen it yet.

I am confused on what you mean when you say the Avenger didn't have the power to shoot 34 grains pellets. Do you mean it shot to slow, the pellet dropped to fast at distance, or it didn't hold accuracy? I ask because I have shot 35 grain pellets out of my Hatsan Flash wood in .25 at 50 yards. Even though it lowered the speed, the shots were keyholed at 50 yards. The Flashwood was non-regulated too and still did fine with heavier pellets. I love the FX brand but they are pricey. I just don't like how you had a loose screw on the magazine and had the tension screw float out. For that price, that should be handled from the factory not after received by the customer. Looking forward to more videos with this rifle.

I could never get the 34's to group at the slower velocities, around 800 fps. I could always get the 25.4's to group better. As for the couple loose screws, no big deal, these things happen. Both were minor assembly issues. Let me know what you think of the next video and thanks for watching!

Uh-oh looks like somebody went to the dark side time for overpriced accessories and lots of O-rings
