NEW NAKED PALETTE? | Urban Decay Wild West Naked Palette + IMAGES

Hello friends!
I'm testing out a new video format. Let me know your thoughts!
I'm using an actual mic (for the first time, so feedback is very much welcomed!). And I'd like to be able to present my videos like this in the future.
I'm discussing a potential new or upcoming Naked palette.
I cannot confirm if this is a legit palette- but I am curious. And why not talk about it?
What do you think? Do you think it looks like a real palette?
I think many signs point to it being real- but until we hear from Urban Decay we won't know the truth!

I think urban decay needs to make a creative naked pallet yk like “ naked earth” a green pallet “naked skies “ a blue toned pallet and maybe something like a “naked circus” pallet for a rainbow colour story in stead of releasing the same shades over and over again

It needs a whole new palette series, it does not make sense to release those under the Naked name as they're not you know very 'naked' aka neutral. EDIT: Besides the forrest one, this one could be sooo on trend and fit the naked line. If they released it a couple months ago with some murky greens mixed with mustard, browns and purples it'd be a hit.

I've wanted a Naked Forest FOREVER! I did mock-ups years ago. It would so fit the Naked theme. Do an "Earth Mother" theme!

This is the first naked palette that i want since Naked 1. I love the tones and as a Texan, I love the theme.

The whisky shade is interesting, the first batches of the original naked palette came with a double ended eyeliner (instead of the brush), one side was black the other side was whisky. Maybe they started planning the inevitable re-launch. in my opinion if it's fake it's a clever fake, i can see UD coming out with a palette like this.

That's a great point! I forgot about the double ended eyeliners. I think they tried to do a re-launch with the Naked Re-Loaded palette and it didn't go well.

Love your content! This new format is done well. I kinda hope this is a new palette because I like the color story. It’s not new of course. I remember a MAC launch around 2010 ish with a beach theme and it was neutral browns... with teal eyeliner and I rocked that teal under eye liner with my nude eyeshadow looks allll summer lol

I'm disappointed they didn't go for a litteral 'urban decay' theme. I saw the colours before the name and it made me think of verdigris with the coppers and turquoise.

Very interesting, I haven’t seen anything about this anywhere else, nice sleuthing! Honestly I don’t think this really seems on brand for them, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was counterfeit, but you never know, it does seem professionally done; time will tell. This color story doesn’t appeal to me, way too warm but definitely gives off that southwestern vibe. Great video!

Ohhh I just got an email from UD the other day to opt in for PR for their next release and the email didnt say what it was, but that if we love the other 'naked products' we'll love this one too. I'm guessing this is what it is!

I fee like this would have been in a hit in the 2000s. When Wild West things were at it's peak. This could be a new palette but it almost looks like a Sample palette that they never followed through with.

This one is not for me but it makes sense for UD. This is reminiscent of Midnight Cowboy and some of their other older singles that they had 10+ years ago.

I am so glad they're doing more and more vegan formulas. I wish other brands would follow too. I'm not super impressed by the colour story, but if this ends up being real, I will be interested to see what the formula is like. And I hope they have other vegan naked palettes so I can finally try them lol.

Great video! I'm usually not interested in the Naked palettes but the fact that there are so many matte shades gets me intrigued. Not crazy about the teal tones and the warm tones though so I won't be buying this one.

So.... I refuse to believe they made a Naked palette themed with "Wild West" and didn't take the easy way out and fill it with their half a dozen already existing "Cowboy/Cowgirl/Rodeo" shades of eyeshadows..... this palette has too much effort put into it to be a Naked palette lmfao

Meh, not going to buy it but it’s the most interesting one they’ve had in a while. As for this style of video I liked it-really no preference either way. I will say I noticed your speech to be slower, clearer, and calmer which made it very easy to listen to. (Normally you also speak clearly and calmly, don’t get me wrong, this one was even more so but it wasn’t off putting). Honestly whatever is easiest for you is my vote. Again, no preference and I’m not the one who has the back end maintenance and editing so it’s up to you!

Don’t know if it’s legit or not but if it comes to Ulta or Sephora I could see me picking it up. I liked the heat and honey. Have the cherry but rarely use it. I either never bought or decluttered the rest of the naked palettes but I’m kinda intrigued by this.

I hope it is a Naked palette. I really like this one. It's not one note like the Naked Heat and Cherry Palettes. Although the Snake Skin background doesn't make a lot of sense for a vegan palette.

Considering we are living in the wild west right now, I wouldn't diss it as a joke knock-off. lol I like the last 5 colors. Seems like a lot of new palettes are Autumn-ish lately, which I don't mind. Maybe grunge is coming back. I like a pop of blue or dark gray in palettes.

I saw a post about this and a girl there said she messaged urban decay and asked if it was real as she saw it on zulilly. She said they messaged her back that it was an old overstock palette. I have no idea if that is true but if it is I wonder if maybe they made this for release in late 2019 or 2020 and with the pandemic they just decided to cancel it or perhaps they decided it was not going to be a good launch and they are recouping some of the cost.

if they've amped up the formula so it now warrants the price they charge for their palettes then i'll investigate this in person- when that is finally an option again. if this is real then hopefully those teal blue shades are good as there's rarely a middle ground with those types of colours- really good or really bad.

But I certainly don't like it, because except for the two green shades it is honestly the same palette over and over again. I live the stoned vibes because it's different and amazing quality, but the naked palettes are really boring

If this is authentic, I think it's a little odd to go hard into the Wild West theme instead of just "Desert." A lot of people are conscious of the racist mythology surrounding Westward Expansion in the United States

I do like how they have shades named after towns in Texas like “Laredo” though. They could have leaned into that and by naming the rich brown shade “San Antonio” or the blue shade “Corpus” or “Galveston” instead of the cowboy theme. They could have highlighted the many cultures that make up modern Texas in this way.
