The crazy thing is that you can power a full 4x12 with just the 9v battery and it actually gets decently loud and sounds quite good.

The Smokey amp did this ages ago, but got a bad rep because of the packaging used. Cigarette pack. They both are based upon the LM386 chip. Lots of projects online. Easy to DIY btw.

As you have shown in this video, in this very decent and honest comparison Orange hardware designers wanted to upgrade this very basic and cheap bedroom - little amp. The Fender Mini amps lacks information about possible updates on hardware but it seems their Mini Deluxe and Master Tone are still from late 2000s designed and it feels really cheap. Fender should have upgraded their mini amp line because although they sound decent for capturing a classic tone, they do lack quality control. Orange is made in China but has superior build/hardware design and some kind of quality control

doing the Greta speaker up grade makes the orange sound 100 times better and its less than 15 bucks. easy to do as well. sounds as good if not better than the Blackstar/ Rolland.

Hi! I have a question. Can I send my guitar directly to the main mixer through the new one? I mean. In order not to carry an heavy 35w amplifier, I would like to send my signal directly from a mini amp to the sound system

Hey, yeh you can. You can use a mini jack to 2 xlr cable and plug straight into the mixer. Be aware that the cab sim on these cheaper amps are pretty crude so it might not sound as good as micing a proper amp.

No the headphone out will only drive headphones, it doesn't have the power to drive a a cabinet. The Crush Mini is the only one which can drive a cabinet 👍

I felt like that too but then again there is a tone knob so it’s possible that it can be eq’d out so it’s not so dark, or maybe it’s because the gain control was more saturated than what the original can provide so the match wasn’t exact so it’s sounds muddier? Idk 🤷🏽‍♂️

Для начала перестать постить одно и то же подряд во все попавшиеся видео. Если питаешь от кроны, купленной на кассе в супермаркете за 50р, то всё так и будет, как описал - их надолго не хватает, лучше запитывать от блока питания. Если та же байда с БП, притом с другими устройствами он работает - скорее всего, брак комбика.

This amp is literal trash, its unplayable. The 2018 version I guess updated has no dedicated power On and Power Off switch. You have to plug in a guitar chord In to turn On the amp and you have to take out he chord to turn it off ! And this amp has NO distortion On and Off switch it just has a potentialmeter ( Volume Knob ) that you have to turn all the way down to get a clean tone and turn past half with out any sort or click to get horrible quality distortion. In other words you have only one volume knob the fades from clean to distortion there is no distortion On/Off button, toggle, switch nothing. And when you do turn the meter knob on the low scale to get the clean sound you can barley hear it. The only way to play this amp and hear it is with a horrible quality static sound that is supposed to be distortion. As for the aux in etc you can get any cheap portable speaker to do that. The only switch that is on this 2018 version is a tuner switch that's it nothing else. This amp is literal junk. You cant depend on it even as a amature musician. Why am I taking the time to write this ? Because this will not exceed your expectations besides it being orange. That's all your getting a orange colored amp the settings I cant even understand what they are thinking selling this ?? Maybe they are trying to troll us. Horrible horrible amp very heartbroken. I could careless of the 100$ idk who this company is marketing too 5 year old children who cant afford 100$ ?? The older model looks better Im thinking it has dedicated on and off switches for both power and clean/distortion . The 2018 model is straight JUNK / TRASH . Im going to return this new version and try the old version although there is none of the extra stuff like external output speaker insert. As for playing as a mp3 speaker you can just use and 3.5mm to 1/4 adapter to play music from your phone. Cant understand what went wrong ?? I just wanted to shred some chords : [

Hey, for a 9-year old kid, this little thing for $50 "sounds" just right. I hope it doesn't get too loud and he can play without bothering us. I think it's important for him to learn without headphones because you don't hear all the mistakes and accidental hitting of strings unless you are playing through an amp and listening without headphones.
