Congratulations on becoming a father! I also had a suggestion for securing the oxygen tank down to the truck. Maybe look at propane forklifts and the clamping brackets they use, they will be to large for the oxygen tank but maybe they can be modified or who knows maybe a company that makes them for the propane tanks makes some for tanks the same size of your oxygen tank! As a electrician in the U.K. I would say that your breaker in the garage and and the same in the house needs upgrading but I would get some advice from a licensed electrician in the states i NOT ok with the regulations in the states . Welcome in the team I bought a welder this week too can't get wrong with a small welder but the good thing is I can carry it with me without having to load the massive welder, but yes it will trip breaker if you use a single breaker and not a dual because you have to take in consideration 20 breaker if it's a single that's not enough but if you have a 20or40 dual pole should be fine to run allot of things on that also I run mine of a 4500w generator in my service truck 🎉👍👆
