Dai jam hone par kiya kare

First of all die jam is an act of negligence or lec of knowledge. 1-If machine is mechanical then reverse it's motor direction. 2- you have to cross the key manually with the help of maintenance guys. 3- check if the die having riser block you can cut these with gas cutter to make gap (riser is the packing with Top /Bottom plate). 4- if press is Pneumatic/Power press release it's HOL manually. You can change direction of rotation of the motor as well. 5- If the slide screw jam badly of machine then you can heat it by gas cutter nosel. 6- from PLC limit senser also can bypass to loosen it for making gap then reverse the motor.
